Aims to bring an innovative Silent Hill game that falls back onto the play style of the three original Silent Hill games, but from a new perspective. Silent Hill: Renovamen is a first-person survival horror game that brings new elements to the series. For the first time ever you can see the town of Silent Hill from a first person perspective. Renovamen will revolve around the protagonist Richard Snow. Figure out the mystery behind the town's dark secrets all the while surviving by finding +HEALTH DRINKS+ +MELEE WEAPONS+ +KEYS+ and +AMMO+ to ensure perfect survival while traveling to the -OtherWorld-.

There's lots of ways to replace Silent Hill with a new name and have it be a SH game. You could name it "Halo of The Sun" which is the save logo emblem found in the SH games, you can name it "The Otherworld" or "The Order" but mainly something that pertains to SH which is probably your best bet.
How do you plan on resolving copyright issues?
All they really have to do is take "Silent Hill" out of the name.
