As a dragon tamer you are assigned an egg which hatches when you first arrive on the island. Your goal is to train your baby dragon and protect it. You must feed, play, and keep it safe. Over time your dragon will learn new skills and grow into an adult. Dragons eventually die in this world, but they leave behind eggs that produce offspring similar to themselves. Stats, skills, and physical attributes are passed from parent to child. Breed dragons together that contain the attributes you would like passed down to create the perfect egg!
Masters of Drakoria is currently in pre-alpha development. Expect a playable combat demo published to IndieDB by April 2019!
Masters of Drakoria is an online open-world creature taming game. Fight against wild creatures or other players in this world of dragons and beasts. Keeping your dragon happy and healthy will play a major role in their development. If you want the biggest and strongest dragon in all of the lands you will need to be a great trainer. Remember, your great dragon will one day die, but you will be able to pass it's attributes to it's offspring! Raise a poorly trained dragon and you'll get weaker offspring. Every choice you make while training your dragon will affect your future as a tamer!
For the combat demo players will be able choose their body skin and eyes. They will spawn as the smallest form of the dragon: baby. Baby dragons can glide around the map, but can't fly upwards. They must gain combat experience to grow into their next form. Once a dragon dies they will respawn as a baby dragon and have to work their way back up to an adult.
Combat Demo does not represent how full game will function. In the full game player will be a tamer who keeps their dragon healthy and happy. The purpose of this demo is to showcase how combat (PVE and PVP) will function.
