Authors Note:
Dream of the Blood Moon is a single player first person horror game inspired by the likes of Slender and the SCP series of games. It's set in a nightmare landscape and tells a short story.
You will probably need some patience to be able to play this as part of the game is being lost in unfamiliar surroundings and finding out puzzle solutions!
Please have sound turned on while playing, it is actually necessary to complete the game!
This is my first full game, made almost completely by myself within a span of about two months! It was made using the Unreal Development Kit.
Some of the textures and models were taken from the UDK. The sounds are all from freesound.org, though I remixed some of them! I've learned a lot during the making of this game and worked hard to make it the best it can be with the possibilities I had.
Please leave me some feedback via the feedback form on the game website if you play it, that would make me very happy!
The game has been tested quite thoroughly, but I can't guarantee it's completely free of bugs of course. Being a solo project, it's not very optimized and will sadly not run well on older systems.

so I have played this but on the first cut scene there seemed a person wearing a hoodie or something like it is not a hoodie but i is very similar to it and he or she was standing on the background spying on the girl with the flower in her hand my question was that person someone who is being sent from her village to spy on the girl? and if so why what makes do that? if not is he or she the anti-protagonist is he or she the witch that was chasing the main character? I want to know game developer can you please reply if you see this comment? cause am sure not if I have understood the story of the game correctly please I looked everywhere for an answer but I didn't find any so you're the one who can answer my question also excuse my terrible English
If you really are the author of this game, why call it dreams of the blood moon?
I am asking because it was blood moon here in UK and I just dreamed the SCARIEST MOST HORRIFYING DREAM of my entire life.... and I am 25. It was just the worst and I was chased to be killed, like everybody else really so much blood, so much horror, so scary!!!!

Can you tell me where the sound files are located, as I've installed it twice now and I'm still having a problem with it and I'm pretty sure it's a directory error. I've been trying to find the housing folder to fix it, but I haven't found it at all..
