Hi! What are exactly the prerequisite versions of the game needed to play this one? I actually only have Age of Empires II HD, I'm going to get The African Kingdoms expansion, will be enough?

You can use this with The African Kingdoms and that will include everything before it. Other editions may or may not be supported.
What about Rise of the Rajas?
This mod wasn't designed for Rise of the Rajas. Can't say whether it would work or not. Try it and let everyone know.
