He edited the sprites, i've made the decorate, sound rips and scripts.
Multiplayer compatible. Gzdoom, Zandronum and D-Touch (partially) compatible.
2018 Update info: I know this mod wasn't updated for almost 2 years, but I wanted to try some downscaling effect on some sprites, then I thought that this mod could be a good example to try on.
So, basically, what i've did is: Improve the low-res sprites with a smoother effect. An idea to improve lowres sprites I want to apply on other mod's as well.
Also, improved some weapon responsiveness, added a mod options menu, added decals on weapons and few minor tweaks, such as adding custom skill settings and some bug fixes.
Changes are subtle, but as an experiment, it was pretty fun to see it worked.
If you've never played this mod, then now it's the best chance to do it, and if you already played it, then you could give this update a try to see if you like it or not.
24/10 update:
Made a minor update to fix a sound issue on d-touch.
Also, improved d-touch compatibility by adding optional empty animations on reload animations, to prevent several game crashes on d-touch, because of lack of memory.
it won't solve crashes on all devices, but it might help a little bit.
Also, redone reload mechanics, now, it uses wrf_allowreload instead of a_jumpifinventory

Well, this mod is a collab made with Sinael's Rip.
He made the weapon sprites, then I've made the decorate, sndinfo and some scripts.
This mod is intended to be multiplayer compatible (coop, dm)
This mod includes Rage weapons ripped for Doom Engine.
It can be played with several IWADS as well as some vainilla levels and few scripted maps.
The mod includes optional high res weapons and a custom files folder to put easily your additional wad's there.
The mod was intended to be released on may but my computer broke and it was delayed until now.

Note: The mod includes some sourceports, remember to extract said sourceports inside their respective folder, put a copy of your favourite IWAD (doom/doom2/plutonia/tnt) inside said folder and execute the mod through the bat executables
Bug list:
1)I found bfg9000 in the spawn instead of rage weapon replacing that weapon slot.
I will list more bugs as I find them ;)
Actually this bug only happens if you don't run the mod with the engine provided..

Great mod with high quality, far too underrated. The old dooms have still a strong fanbase, maybe because it's playable on many systems fluently today (e.g. on android with d-touch, etc.) and many mods still keep coming out. This is one of the more solid ones. So thanks for the really good work.

So, there it is, the final official update for this mod.
Yes, i considered this mod done before, but quarantine and no internet gave me additional spare time to work on older projects, so I decided to give this mod an update.
I'm finally adding a custom hud and the nailgun/rebar/railgun weapon, aka the dlc weapon, where you can switch between 3 fire types.
There are no official updates planned for this mod in the future, so don't expect anything big after this update.
That being said, this is the changelog for this year update:
Tweaked offsets of few sprites when you throw grenades.
Added an shotgun/ssg switch button for those who are that oldschool.
replaced ammo clip sprite for ak weapon.
Blood no longer respawn while underwater, solving a big framerate drop on deep water areas.
Decreased 50% shotgun ammo you receive.
Decreased 75% rocket ammo you receive.
Increased a little bit Authority pulse cannon primary damage.
Added a custom hud that recreates few aesthetics from the original hud.
Ripped the multiweapon (press altfire to switch between Nailgun/Rebar/Railgun)
Decreased ammo consumption from authority pulse cannon "altfire" from 125 to 80.

I think it would work. The mod includes old gzdoom as default, since it's the version i work with, but theorically could be replaced with a new one...
Though tbh, i haven't tested the mod with a modern sourceport.
Zandronum is also included.
Can we use this mod with LZDoom 3.86a?

Can you add the upgrades and different ammo types?
Very unlikely to happen. I would had to redo all of the weapon sprites to reflect that they had custom ammunition and that's not part of my actual plans.
Also, i've been quite busy on other projects, so I didn't had time for it.
Minor rage rip update. Consider it a final version, as I doubt it will be updated anytime soon. And, if it ever gets updated, then it won't have as many new content as previous updates.
