Total War Attila Project:
The year is 202BC. The Second Punic War is reaching its climax as the Roman forces under Publius Cornelius Scipio prepare to meet the seemingly invincible Carthaginian leader Hannibal Barca at Zama. Carthage has been severely weakened after their defeats in Iberia and Sicily, but its greatest champion remains unbeaten. In North Africa, the two Numidian tribal-states of the Massyli and Masaesyli vie for dominance with the former siding with Rome and the latter Carthage. Should Hannibal fail, it will have to contend with its former subjects who now greedily eye its territory. Victory for Rome in Africa will still leave it in a precarious situation despite having proven itself to be the greatest power in the Western Mediterranean. The Cisalpine Gauls remain in open revolt, and the newly subdued Iberians are restless. It has yet to test its growing power against the Successor States of the conqueror Alexander, but has a score to settle with Macedon itself for the assistance it provided Hannibal. Even greater threats lurk further East as the Seleucid monarch Antiochus III, who styles himself 'the Great' has returned from subduing the rebellious Bactrians and Parthians. At least for now, he has unified the bulk of Alexander's former possessions and is preparing to enact revenge upon the Ptolemies in Egypt for their victory over him at Raphia. Rome's newly won power will be fully tested.
Total War Rome II Project:
Ancient Empires also has a Rome II version which is a submod of Divide et Impera. Our project has broken new ground on the Rome II engine. We are the first team to create new factions and add them into the game, the first to port over the Imperator Augustus campaign map into the Grand Campaign, and the first to develop a 1HP combat system in this generation of games.

Check out the totalwarcenter mod page.
Mod has shifted to Attila TW instead, will be a much better mod because of it and no longer a submod but a full mod.
Just downloaded, plays great, but I am waiting anxiously for the Atilla version. Atillas engines runs alot better on my triple wide monitor setup, the Rome 2 engine is a bit quirky.
