if you press numpad 0 (default key) for disabling HUD in game.. and i use B.a.S and Pip Scope Mod

hey my hud got disabled when i installed this
just press the numpad key 0 to activate it probably forgot to press it again when i saved and uploaded the user.ltx file i will fix that
I have a problem, when i tried to edit the light settings it went back to the vanilla settings and it looks so grey now, thing is, i can't edit those settings anymore, it does nothing, it still looks grey, i tried reverting to the previous user.ltx file and reinstalling the mod, didn't work, i even reinstalled the whole game again and it still doesn't works, even without the mod, changing those settings (gamma, saturation and brightness) does nothing, if you could help i'd really appreciate it

Just wanted to say a big thanks for this: I had to adjust various in-game graphics settings to fit my specific setup obviously, but Stalker never looked so good – the changes you'd made to lighting rendering are very tasteful, it's a game-changer, visually.
To anyone interested; I'm playing on dx11 with a Radeon VII 16gb and I've initially been using the 'enhanced shaders' addon but started experiencing 'driver timeout' crashes all the time. Had to reinstall the game from scratch to alleviate and I'm now using this instead. It's a marvel that almost identical level of visual fidelity could be achieved without messing with the shaders, which in my case – despite having looked quite pretty – seemed to have destabilised the game entirely.
Highly recommended, just go to graphics settings in-game to adjust regular settings to fit your specific machine.

I have been having these same problems. However, disabling Enhanced Shaders didn't solve them (although, for a while, it looked like it had). I don't think that that's where they come from. AMD drivers might have something to do with it. There's an old forum topic on this: Moddb.com
EDIT: I tried using DXVK as suggested in the thread, but it doesn't do anything for me. In my case, the crashes also tend to happen in the same locations: in Swamps, three times at the machine yard and twice right after climbing the stairs to go to the Clear Sky chief.
Yes, I’m familiar with that old thread but it’s not the case for me. I’ve been playing previous version of anomaly extensively then some of the RCs and never had those issues, ever, not once.
With 1.5.1 I’m now playing also without a single hiccup and the issue seems to be traceable to me directly to that enhanced shaders thing. Bare in mind thoug, as mentioned, that removing it didn’t help me it persisted after removing the mod and I had to update AMD drivers, and reinstall Anomaly from scratch to fix the issue. Now playing with a huge (though careful) collection of mods and it’s rocking with no issues and great performance.
Thanks for the answer, right now I'm using borderless windowed, and the game hasn't crashed in either the machine yard or the CS base, so maybe that's somehow solving the problem. It's true that I didn't change to a clean install after I stopped using E. Shaders.
this problem is not from my mod but the base files of the 1.5.1 update and your pc specs i cannot help with this we will have to wait for an update or fix on this matter , sorry i can't help as for i am an Nvidia User

Hey Sev3re , a question for you , can this be used with the advanced shader mod or does it modify same files ?
am unsure as you post a tweak for some users which is the same fix for grey screen in that mod or do you run both ?
anyway screen shots look nice mate will have to give this a try.
it can be used with any shader or enhanced graphical mod. just needs few adjustments probably to the eye or players preference

hey man, im a potato player stalker, playing on dx8 lmao, an on medium graphics, so... do you think that if i use your addon, i would lose performance? or the settings of your addon just modify the way lightning works? because i can play with some lightning in the game
lol i know i probably cant use it but hey, if there is a chance :D
you can still use it just optimise your graphics to your machine .. the sun lighting modification and brightness, gamma tweaks does not impact performance or wont affect your game at all,
just use your default settings to lower your game with this. or use a default low pre set setting and dx8/,
Finally shadows are shadows, and NVGs at night are a must.

I find that things looks their best when brightness is increased to about 1.2 - 1.4 (with this addon as well as without it) to bring out the natural environment brightness and some contrast, however that causes the old and familiar Anomaly issue of skies being quite overblown and almost completely white in many circumstances.
I was wandering if you could see about including in your shader settings whatever fixes were done before in another addon called 'bloom fix' if I'm not mistaken. It's kinda outdated now and probably won't work in tandem with yours as it affects shader data also, so someone like yourself with a little know how would have to combine it.
Be great if you could take a peek at this to complete the already excellent parcel.

Numerous weather mods, reshades, too dark, too light and then this addon happens. Mad props for this, cuz this also enhances the picture for people who play on tactical gaming calculators. Simple user.ltx changes can make a huuuuuge difference. Great work my dude.
