This addon repositions laser+flashlight hybrid device on upper scope rail of BaS Howa 20 model, allowing to install scopes on it (18 in total). Also changes alternative zoom position(now character angles weapon to the left side instead of the right side).
REQUIREMENT: DLTX, BaS
- Previously "integrated" scope has been detached from the weapon and default scope changed to ironsights. Instead of "integrated" scope being the only scope available, it has been added to the game as separate, attachable scope (with it's own name, description, weight, cost, etc). It can be attached to Howa 20 ONLY. You can buy this scope from listed traders :
- Ecologist: Professor Hermann (Jupiter), Professor Sakharov (Yantar). 1000 standing required.
- Freedom: Skinflint (Army warehouses), Ashot (Jupiter). 1000 standing required.
- ISG: Lieutenant Maus (Jupiter). 1000 standing required.
- Mercenary: Dushman (Dead city). 1000 standing required.
- Monolith: Krolik (Pripyat). 1000 standing required.
- Neutral: Nimble (Zaton). No standing required. Available for purchase at any time.

- By default, weapon has laser+flashlight device installed on top rail, blocking the view for the red dot sight scopes. There is 3 options to fix that problem:
Option №1: (Original laser+flashlight). Relocates default laser+flashlight hybrid from the top, to the left side of the weapon. Also keeps second flashlight located on the right side untouched:

Option №2(Only laser): Removes the flashlight from the right side and changes laser to a more compact version:

i did with the two versions (LASER) with (Laser and Flashlight)? also there is a crashed problem when I attach the Howa with the Howa 20 scope
Really nice, but replaces way more files then it needs to and causing more conflicts then it's worth for just a single weapon. Would be great if was converted to DLTX / DXML though.

you know the scope part I somehow got crashed when trying to equip the default Howa 20 scope that scope gets me crashed
Never used JSRS before, just tried it for the sake of replicating the issue, downloaded JSRS from here Moddb.com
In my Mod Organizer it says, that it overrides vanilla anomaly files, no conflicts with BaS.
Copy paste the crash text here so i can figure out what's the problem.

Of course it has conflicts, it's addon for BaS, not a standalone mod. Conlfict means, that default BaS files gets overriden. It's the same files but with new lines added so the descrpiption, icons, trade files, gets changed. How i'm supposed to apply new changes without it, through telepathy?

Most mods utilize that these days to avoid excessive overwriting of existing files and causing conflicts.

Man, I've been waiting for a mod like this for a long time and I feel guilty for nitpicking about this but most of the sights are placed too far back. They would be better placed more above where the magazine is.
Don't let my lazy *** compel you to do anything you don't want to do though. I'm still grateful this exists at all and using the iron sights is good enough for me.

What conflicts do you have in MO2? What version of anomaly do you use (latest BaS update is for 1.5.2 only)? What screen resolution do you use (BaS only supports 16x9)?

I was thinking about improving VSS "Merc" by adding 30 round mag from vanila SR-3M Vihr (i think they share mags irl) + changing that brick looking laser to smaller one, like i did here with howa 20 + removing that goofy sticker from it (not hating mercs, they are my fav, but hate that sticker thing on it).
Not VSS "Merc" only, but other variations aswell (like Savant, ISG and normal VSS).

Whole point of this mod is to move that laser+flashlight brick from top because it blocks the view for rds sights. I moved it so there is nothing on the way for rds sights. And you asking to put it back? I don't get it...

It wasn't really made for EFP, but you can try to open weapon_addons.ltx inside this mod and the one EFP is using, then compare them with notepad++ plugin and copy the lines i added in my file and paste them to the one EFP is using, then delete my file from howa folder mod.
Basically, copy this line and paste it near other scopes in weapon_addons.ltx under [addons_table] line in your EFP mod/configs/items/weapons

The item icon on debug mod and trader are disappeared and the mo2 label you're mod as a bain (I think there some missing file)
Try deleting ui_icon_bas.dds in original BaS folder/gamedata/textures/ui, to avoid conflict with the one this mod is using.

I worked but instead of deleting the bas UI delete your UI icon mod and the price is the UI of your scope is not seen but the bas icon is fixed.

I don't think BaS devs implemented it yet. Only laser works by holding L.
That's was sad btw nice mod. I test this mod on my companions but the companions holding was not have scope (I attach it before I gave it to them) is it affect to there aim or they just fire it even on long distance? I'm just curious on this game is the ai have same logic even they don't have scope attach or not?
I don't think scopes have any effect on AI.
Hi friend when i install this plugin all the weapon icons are affected some disappear and some are broken, i am not sure what can be happening but it can be a problem with DX8 or DX9
Try dx10 - 11. Also try to delete ui_icon_bas.dds in original BaS folder/gamedata/textures/ui, to avoid conflict with the one this mod is using.
I tried to remove that file but it didn't work, I guess it's a problem with DX8 OR DX9, unfortunately I can't use DX10 OR DX11 because my pc is a potato
I checked the icons and found the problem
I fixed the icons and the text was separated so as not to have incompatibility with other texts from other mods, I hope it helps and ----standalone icon----
