Greetings, Sigma Games Studios is introducing a new monthly competition, which involves creating a map for the Battlefronts of War mod, in which the prize is a unit of your choice and your map added to the mod!
What kind of map can I make?
Make a map from the Star Wars universe, preferably a map from the Rise of the Empire (Very late clone wars era) to slightly after the Battle of Endor (Galactic Civil War). This competition is for the BEST land map and the BEST space map. The best land map is added to the BoW: DF mod and you can choose a land unit of your choice to add to the mod (Check the unit list because those are the planned units that MAY be added so that you don't choose a unit we have already planned). The best space map is added to the BoW: DF mod and you can choose a space unit we can add to the mod (check unit list to avoid choosing one we have already planned.
When does the competition open?
The competition will allow entries to be posted on the 2nd February 0:00 AM (GMT).
When does the competition close?
The competition closes on the 10th February 23:00PM (GMT)
What kind of Entry do i post and how?
You must be a member of this group to post entries. If not, just simply join. No applications or invites required, just join with no fuss!
Post images of your map on the Sigma Games Studios (NEWS&RELEASES) page with your Profile name, Map name, a concisely written description of the map with NO spelling errors. AND YOU MUST SEND THE MAP AND A README OF ANY INFORMATION TO: thesigmamoddinggroup@gmail.com
What are the rules and regulations for the entry content?
No Sigma Team Developers are allowed to post an entry, this is for the public fans, community and followers :D. We will have our own internal competitons.
Your map MUST BE YOUR OWN, if it isn't it is copyright infringement and I have ways of telling if it is your map or not.
You are NOT ALLOWED TO USE PROPS FROM OTHER MODS or MAPS, this is because I do not want to get in to trouble if the winning entry contained props from other mods and i put them in the mod without being aware of it. YOU MUST either MAKE YOUR OWN or only use FREE RELEASES PROP PACKS with credit to the prop pack maker.
If you are using a free release prop pack or your own pack, please add the XML file as well as the map to the email.
YOUR ENTRY WILL NOT BE SENT THROUGH IF YOU POST IT BEFORE OR AFTER THE SET DATES.
The winner will be announced on the 13th February at 21:30 hours (GMT)

Make your map entry unique by Basing them on less known planets in the SW galaxy
