Currently, our team is looking for new guys to fill our team needs. We are looking for talented guys who would like to work on something different for a game like this. Guys we're looking for:
3d modeller - must have advanced knowledge of modelling applications such as 3DS Max. For converting meshes created by you to the game, we will give you another software and a small how-to do it. Has to know how to do UV Unwraps. Must be able to listen, react to the comments or critics of the leaders.
2D Artist - we're looking for a 2D texture artist and 2D effects artist. 2D texture artist will draw textures for our mod (if needed, specific ones), effects artists will make effect textures such as animated fire. Must be able to listen, react to the comments or critics of the leaders.
Skinners - we're looking for guys who can make detailed skins for models. All guys who are dealing with textures must have at least any photoshop and knowledge how to do it. Must be able to listen, react to the comments or critics of the leaders.
I want me too.
But we can't all get what we want, now can we?
Please be a bit more specific on what did you want to say with that.
Why is this news? New mods calling for help is not news AT ALL. That is why there is a help wanted.
Why did this get through? Are we going to start seeing new mods flood the front page with want ads for now on?
Moddb continues to fall in quality!
Are you saying there is another way to post-section when you need help? Sorry, I am new to ModDB, could you explain me where this is? Cause I've seen other mods doing the same stuff I did too.

So you posted something that wasn't news because someone else was doing so?
Please just remove the news and do some research if you truly feel you made a mistake. Otherwise you will be viewed by me (and likely others) as abusing the news system.
Alright, the thing is, when I want to delete the news, it says that:
"You do not have permission to perform the (delete) action". And as you suggested, I did a little research, and the thing is all the resutls shown me the exact same thing I was talking about in my previous post.
I am going to mail help staff about this, hopefully they will do something about it. Thanks for the headups

Your asking for some very talented individals to help you out here, & may I say in what seemed to be a very knowledgeable manner. But when I looked at your profile you have nothing to show for yourself, no mods, bio or anything, & your only days old to the site.
People have to earn respect on sites like these by their hard work deadicatin & they woudn't take kindly to having a newbie with little to show for himself calling the shots.
Well actually THIS is the mod I and some guys have been working on. And I am not "calling shots" out here, I just posted it so I wouldn't need to post it in the future and perhaps there's someone who can help us? And what do you mean by "my profile"? Isn't the mod's profile not enough?

No offence was meant by my last post, all i'm saying is that for people to want to help newbies on the site, they like to know a bit about what modding expieriance that person brings to the table also. After all they don't want to be modding for someone that's had little or no expieriance themselves do they,& that's what I meant about a newbie calling the shots.
However, the screenies for you mod are looking very good, & I wish you all the sucess with it mate.
