We Need Your Voice!
With all our staff back at work, we're closing in on finishing the left issues for our Q&A livestream, but in the meantime, we need your help!
Our new units in the mod are currently using the same voice set over and over again, but we want to change that for good.
We want you as voice actors for our mod!
If you have a microphone and always wanted to be a part of Star Wars, this is your chance to be in.
We have put together a pdf with guidelines and required lines for units, a unit list that is up to date can be found on our forums and is linked below as well.
Voicing a Unit
Voicing a generic unit is pretty simple:
- Read through our guidelines.
- Got to the unit list.
- Pick the unit you want to voice.
- Tell a team member that you've picked a unit either via our forums or our discord server.
- From that day on you have two weeks to record and hand in the recorded lines, together with a transcript (we need that for localization purposes).
If you want to voice a major or minor hero, please contact a member of the team.

Glad this is happening. It would be so immersion breaking to have an imperial officer voice for an Nebula class Star Defender.

If it's your first time doing voice overs I'd suggest opting for a fighter they are easier in general.

Huh? And how many languages you have in plans?
The mod is being developed in English, and a German translation will be available at launch as well.
We hopefully can expand that to other languages as well.
If you guys want a spanish translation I'm up for it!
