After years of inactivity, due to real-life issues, development of Rise of Three Kingdoms resumed earlier this year. Currently the mod sits at v2.3.003, however I am pleased to announce that the final phase of beta testing v3.0 is nearly complete. The tentative date for release in 20 December 2018. Check out RoTK's official forum over at Total War Center for further information, discussion, and downloads.
