Titans as they are in sins will not work in the star trek universe, thats is why in this mod they'll be handled a bit different.

"Titans" will be replaced with super weapons some will be stations some ships, but the important thing is you wont be able to have more than one of it.
The Klingons for example will have access to a special shipyard that allows construction of the shockwave vessel, a defenceless ships on its own but once its main weapon is activated will unleash a shockwave that will destroy or disable most things in a gravity well.
The Romulans have something similar, a singularity vessel which was previously used to damage ships and station in a radius now has the ability to destroy a planet.
The Cardassians have phased out their missiles in favor of a huge mobile command ship called the hutet, this is the only true titan in the game, however it can build 2 escort craft that function as heavy fighters.
The Borg will get a unique station called a transwarphub, this structure works the same as a phasegate, with the only advantage being that it can send a ship anywhere on the map you've explored, the downside being you cannot return unless a normal transwarpgate is present.

The only faction that hasn't been finalised in that respect is the federation, it can either get the excalibur class, a huge dreadnaught that works as a mobile repair and support platform while carrying a huge armament, or an emp wave weapon that will disable all ships and stations for a limited time in a gravity well.

More info soon to follow!
