The early infantry looks like late french, mostly due to color of the uniforms. You never really hear about austro hungary progress in tactics and equipment tbh. Glad to see them
The colour is the only thing they have in common. The cut and style of the uniform is very different.

Military Port and Naval Academy does not recruit any ships. Is this an intentional design? Why does it give you the buff "-7 recruitment cost to ships in this region" if it's intentional?
