Really, people. Go with Far Cry. It's so much better than HL2 for modding, and sooooo much easier...

kadish - Yeah we hopefully will have sharks that will attack you at random, we have it modelled and in game. After testing various behaviours with it we will move onto it's attacks.
Spacecowboy -Yeah too right, cryengine is an amazing engine and modding is pretty straight forward. It is so easy to just jump right into it from editing the existing single + multiplayer maps, to total conversion ideas... I don't think this engine ever got the credit it deserved as far as longevity is concerned.
