1st off, please take the time to read up on the current known issues and peruse the to do list in the forum, you can see where your specific skill-sets may come in very handy. Feel free to post a short introduction about yourself to the team, if you want to share more about yourself than is on your public profile. I encourage you all to follow/watch both the Group and Reb pages and to add one another as friends here on ModDB.
2nd Screen Shots, feel free to post your screen shots appropriatly in this group or in the forum, but any external sites, such as the GSC Official Forum or the Rebalanced Mod DB page, etc are for promotional shots only and must first be vetted by me before posting, this is simply to maintain consistency, continuity and quality control.
3rd Updates and Fixes, as you are all talented and experienced Stalker Modders or Players, no doubt you will come up with improvements, tweaks, fixes or other projects to implement to the build, and this is highly encouraged. But, again all updates must first be vetted by me before I will release them to the Team, this is so that I can ensure that a logical naming convention is used for each update and to check any settings I may wish to tweak further. You can feel free to use the dropbox for uploading and sharing files, just make an appropriate folder in there.
4th, Jokes are all good & funny, to be able to laugh at one another and at oneself creates a healthy working environment, but please don't stray to far from the topic of the thread and keep all off topic topics in the appropriate place. As I wouldn't want sound ideas or information to get lost on the forum amongst a load of babble.
5th, we don't allow outsiders in here, please don't share the knowledge from this forum or the location of the dropbox with anyone who has not been invited to the team. If you know someone who you think will be able to make a valued contribution to the project, then please have them PM me explaining what it is that they can bring to the table and get them to drop your name as a reference.
Most of all, please remember that we all give our time and our talents for free, doing this purely for our love of Stalker and our want to make it the game it should've been, so there is no pressure here, just a bunch of guys with mutual respect doing the best they can. Remember to enjoy yourself while you're at it, or really, what is the point if you don't.
