We felt that a small public update was due now, about one month after you heard from us last.

First of all, I'd like to welcome two new members on board. Nigel Soederhuysen and Bennett Gross. They have both taken up positions in Level Design. Most of our developers have found themselves in the middle of finals and their preparations over the month that has now passed, and some of us are just about to start the finals marathon. Our development has been steadily going forward though, and we've made important progress even though we have been so busy with school and work.

We have been working on our first Campaign, doing designs, background story, prefabs and props. Level Design has started, and top-down maps to be used in-game are on Sean Tucker's painting board. Vladislav Ivanov finally finished his first texture for the player models. It's the Raithian Heavy, and this will be setting the player character standard for what to expect graphically in our game.

Richard Yang has spent a lot of effort on the Raithian army design, and submitted three new top-notch concept pieces. You'll still have to wait for the Raithian Hero and General though. Our Lead Programmer, Greg Chadwick, have been hard at work with implementing gameplay features this month, and have got Camera, Movement and Targeting systems to work. He's currently working on implementing the player models. We hope to have a small video showing off these systems interacting in the next update.

Matt Taylor has been caught up in school work all month, but thankfully something came out of it for us as well. For his school project he finished the Foreign Knight, which will be seen in our Melee Demo as a bonus player model (not to be featured in the Warmode).

Atharon: Armistice's End is still looking for additional developers, especially in the fields of Model Texturing, Tile Texturing, Character Animation and Gameplay Programming.
