KKND3: Battle for Nekres is dead, beacause that parody idea was sucks. All models are ugly.
And there is new upcoming project from Red System Team - KKnD2: Krossfire Remake.
This mod's goal is to recreate KKND's universe in full 3d environment.
In KKND 2: Remake there will be three factions from the original game: the Survivors, the Evolved and the Series9. This mod already includes original construction system, oil production, tech level system, e.t.c.

I remember KKND and I really liked it, I haven't played the Xtreme or KKND2: Krossfirew but the first KKND rocked, I loved the Robot mech in it, it was so awesome of everything in that game!! :)
