Yeah, so here is the deal, the forum is down right now because I was mid-way through updating the site to be integrated wordpress and phpbb. So I am happily patching code away because it should be fairly easy, only that WPUnited freaks the hell out if you use any theme other than subsilver. So the forum bugged out and I had to stop for a second due to family medical stuff. This would have only meant a 2 or so day delay is resuming work on the JUAGG so I wasn't too upset.
Fast forward to the next day, I get back to the computer ready to finish the integration and unscrew the forums when my random browsing USING FIREFAIL gets a popup with a crash and some malware/trojan/exploit/salad tossery rubbish. So I figure well, no biggie, I'll fix it and move on. Well the darn thing installs all kinds of trojans and rather than take a chance on some root-kit BS I am left with the option of re-install of windows(back up would take WAAAAAAAAAAAAY too long).
So I am in the process of copying all of my files over and then reinstalling all of the apps I need to develop gundam. After which I get to try and find out where WP united pooped it's pants and then I get to resume development of gundam so maybe in another WEEK.
All because people have to be jerks and write malicious code. So next time you meet one of those jerk-wad script kiddies that brags about his rubbish variant of a virus, punch him in the mouth. If you EVER meet a tosser who writes malware/viruses, I want you to remove his ability to reproduce and do it PUBLICLY!
If you add ******* hackers from Peru that like to take your Steam account away from you, cheat, and get your account banned...well if you add all that, I'm totally in.

Sorry to hear that about what happened :(. I know how you feel about those virus/malware programmers. But wasn't Firefox supposed block any pop ups that are actually bad, let alone the harmless ones? It's kind of strange that happened to you since I use Firefox. I do hope your work will continue, once you get some stuff straightened out.
It should but stuff still gets through sometimes. At this point in time the forum is all kinds of messed up. I am doing a lot of work to fix background issues but it is slow going, since I am waiting on a password reset I am texturing the Juagg model :\
This is why I use NoScript when I'm paying attention, if you add that to Firefox this is unlikely to happen again. No guarantees though. I've been there.
My laptop just got hit with a fake antivirus program, and now I can't do **** with it.

Not only will i remove their "ability to produce and do it PUBLICLY." ill make sure that they cant talk much let alone think with how mentally crippled theyll be after what i do.
My A8J with the heat issue I told you about just fell to similar, which gives me the opportunity to wipe and start over - but yes, quite annoying.
