October News 2012

Hello dear community, and welcome to our October news of 2012.

Just as all the fans the whole team is really excited about the release of Stargate - Empire at War: Pegasus Chronicles!

You will not see a release this month but instead some other interesting things we want to show you:

Wraith Asteroid Mine:

The Wraith make good use of asteroid mining to excavate ores of precious metals and minerals needed to reinforce the biomatter they use as hulls for all their ships and structures. A dome-shaped structure connected to small amoeba-like tanks is constructed on every asteroid of interest, while dozens of tendrils stretching across the surface of the asteroid extract ores for further processing inside the dome. All processed material is stored within the main structure awaiting transportation to facilities implementing them into different designs. Asteroid mines continously generate resources for the player in control of them.

Tauri-Dashboard:

This User Interface was inspired by the displays of the BC-304s.

Anubis - Energy Bolt

On the orders of Anubis powerful energy bolts are fired simultaneously against multiple targets within range, weakening their shields as well as causing heavy hull damage if the target's shields are depleted.
