NEOTOKYO° Server Patch to resolve a number of server crash and game play exploits.

It's been a week since NEOTOKYO released and while we're very happy with the results thus far, we've ran into a few serious bugs and exploits that the community and server owners have had to struggle with. Most of these issues should now be resolved with the latest Server Patch.
*This is for Servers only. If you do not own or manage a server you do not need to download and install this*
Changelog:
- Fixed numerous server crash exploits
- Fixed numerous game play exploits
- Added global bans of many cheaters, exploiters and griefers (yay!)

Hurray i can feel a bit more safer playing now.
this dosent help players aww it wont fix the crashing or texture bugs

FYI, almost every Mod and Game has a Link to the official Page in the Profile Box, in which you have good chances to find the Forum on the menu.
Asking is fine. better is, if you try.
well at least it gets rid of some of the jerks that come in and tk the entire team then get auto kicked, still ruining the game.

HAHA. Some kind of admin mod should be worked on by Radi-8. Could really use some controlling tools to keep your server fun.

did this fix the auto-balance issue.
stacking is really a problem, the kicker is most of it it non-intentional. people just leave and the game get unbalanced. i was in a 17:8 match once.
Does this fix the "Pick up the ghost and get stuck in the terrain" problem?
this is a server patch not a client patch

You know what I think? Texture bugs and "some" client fixes are not necessary "If it's not broken, don't fix it".
