Actually, I'll have you know that Barad-Dur had been standing tall for a good 1500 years before the fall of Numenor.

I like the span of units, it´s like playing Mordor+Goblins together. I would however suggest you to swap the tier-3 goblin catapult with the tier-2 troll catapult since I think a troll catapult should be considerably stronger than a goblin one...

The tier-2 is an orc catapult, so in my mind I would say they would be weaker. If you look at the Goblin engineering and (rather crude, admittedly) genius therein from The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings, you might agree with me that Goblins are more intelligent, albeit less physically strong, than Orcs. Of course that's down to perspective alone, but that's why I've put it at the third tier.
