You've all been waiting for it, and here it is! New landscaped regions, new LOTR-themed playable races in character creation, and some LOTR weapons and armor pieces! I will be uploading the files here on Moddb in a short period of time. For now, you can download them at:

At the current time, both sites are hosting the wrong MiddleEarth.esm file, so until they're updated, just download it HERE!
