Good Morning Viper Family
This is mod lead 5dmc1... I am sorry I have been away for so long, with no updates and not a word. I have been very busy with my day to day life and am facing many serious health issues. But that is not why I am writing to you all today.
I regret to inform our community, that we lost one of our own. Tobias Hill (aka Tobie1) the creator behind the Viper Defender models, Firehawk, and Joe Astor player model, has passed away. We here at The Viper Project Modding Team have taken this rather hard, as it happened unbeknownst to us in December of 2020. I was personally asked by a mutual friend to reach out to Tobie via social media, a platform I try not to use, and discovered this tragedy just yesterday.
From this Day forward, The GTA San Andreas Viper Mod is hereby dedicated in memoriam to our friend, Tobie1. He poured his heart and soul into creating these cars for all of you to enjoy. And I see no better way to honor him, than to dedicate this entire mod to him.
We would like to extend our deepest condolences to the family, friends and loved ones of Tobias Hill. And to Tobie, if you are watching from Heaven, you were a beloved friend and colleague, your work here will never be forgotten. Your witty sense of humor and comradery will live on in our hearts forever, until we meet again some day.
