Its been a good 6 months since Version 1.0 of the highly anticipated Quake III Total conversion - Gundam Universe has been released. Though there are bugs that need to be worked out, we have received mostly positive reviews of this Mod with thus far a 9.1/10 rating on Moddb itself, with much construction criticism that has been noted down in order to fix some of the bugs. We do know the major bugs in the release and as soon as any talented coders are located, we will be able to work them out. Only utilizing the RX-78, Sandrock Custom, Double X, NT-1 Alex, EZ-8 and the GP-01 FB suits will minimize any bugs during the gaming experience because all of these suits do not have any bugs on them, while the rest of the playable suits do have some.
But for now, please enjoy this Promo Video for Version 1.0 of Gundam Universe. Major props to LunaG for making this video.

They love the Mod, and we have weekend battles usually with a large number of players and you don't really know how fun it is.. Indicative of our 8.7 rating here on Moddb, most people really do like the Mod and wish to see more.. Once some of the major bugs are fixed, then we'll release version 2.0..
But again.. uncalled for comment by you with no useful construction criticism of the Mod.. We released 6 months ago as well, not at this very point in time. Go see what the majority of our fans have said about our Mod and you'll see why I hold their opinions much.. Much.. MUCH higher than yours, because they have actually played the Mod very thoroughly and love it. Please play the Mod first by looking at the bug list before making a comment such as that. Thank you.
Yeah, dump this project. It fails on so many levels. The only reason people love it is because they followed the mod like myself, and figure they might as well play something they wasted their time watching. However, I wont do that, there are better mods out there. This is a bug fest, horribly animated mod.
And again if you bothered to read the buglist included with the Mod, then you'd understand what exactly to avoid to have a bug free game... So once again, you have given very useless criticism.
And that's not the reason they like it. They think its very fun, I have played with many fans online and they share my sentiment. You are one of a very few that don't like it..
But hey, we can't please everybody... No Mod can please 100% of their fanbase. Fortunately for us, the majority of our fanbase (90% and upwards) love the Mod because its a very fun game and they actually read the buglist before playing, and then avoided the bugs presented in the Mod. And they had bug free games from there on out..
So again, we have an 8.7 rating here on Moddb, which speaks volumes as to how our fanbase feels about GU. And I am very proud of that.
Does he even know about moddings to give such judgement to this mod?
