Welcome to the Christmas 2010 News

IT'S CHRISTMAS!!!! Merry Christmas everyone. All of us here at Dark Flare Studios and Stargate Legacy hope you all have a great day today and also have a fantastic new year.

Well the past month has been one of ups and downs, ups being Christmas and time off university and work. The downs being the unfortunate cancellation of Stargate Universe. We would like to offer our condolences to the Stargate Universe Cast, Crew and Production Team and wish them all the best in their future endeavours.

With the news we normally show off completely new stuff but this time we've decided to show off some stuff which maybe you haven't seen but was created earlier in the year and also some things you may have seen before but only seen the finished product. We thought it would be interesting for you to see how a couple of things develop over time, just to give you a bit of an insight into the development process. Hopefully in the future we will have interviews with members of the team, explaining how they work, their personal development process and also how working on the mod is helping them with their professional development.

The Prometheus map is currently on hold but we are hoping to get some more mappers in who will continue this map as well as a couple of other maps:
