so here is the new version people as of this version
everything from the old version of echoes of war03 are now changed redone and ammended and fixed
everything now in this has been coded and redone by my self.

as follows:

UFP:
the have now got a 3rd titan USS La'Brea
shipslot and cost change changes to the centar (now 5 supply)
shipslot change to the norway (now 7 supply)
callins are now more exspensive

KDF:
no new changes
callins are now more exspensive

Dominion:
stats brought donw for the Jem'hadar battle crusier and moved to teir 5
stats change for the Leviathan
Manticore brought down to teir 4

CDU
have had a stat budd for the keldon and the kulinor as there where lacking compaird to there crusier's
cost decrease for the rasilak (300 credits)
callins are now more exspensive

borg:
intercepter cost cheaper
corvett is now free and only costs credits
cube yard now 4 supply
