I'm working with for the new water, basically our idea here is instead of particles I'm going to use "beams" that "follow" invisible particles, physically kinda like swinging a rope around at the end of the rope, and in between each "joint" it will check for an impact if it impacts, the end gets cut off and it makes splashes.
