I'm sorry to inform that 1.4 has been delayed a few days, mainly due to bug fixing so we don't have another 1.3 mess. To make it up to you guys, we are going to have fun little raffle. One of you, will win the opportunity to be immortalized forever as an NPC companion in The Red Wars mod.
Entering is simple, all you need to do is click the "Track this mod" button on the lower part of the mods page, and you'll be entered. Its literally that easy. A name will be drawn and winner announced at 10pm PST on 5/22.
In the mean time, we are still looking for 3d modelers to help development go quicker, same with the voice actors. Shoot me or walrus a pm if you can help.

My NPC should be a good hearted man named Kashef Al Haggge. a very young muslim soldier who witnessed the dark side of war. He seen the brutality and horror all his life. He is an orphan who is parents was murdered by extremists. He took care of himself and learn how to become a good hearted warrior. He love humanity and God. He blames the Devil for unrest in Calradia. He will be a combat medic.
He opposes tyranny and greed. He is wise and has a good personality.
That would be cool.
I'm Just gunna stick myself in anyways.
My companion would be a random bearded weirdo.
Okay, so I'm tracking.
I'm good enough if we're talking about modeling in 3d programms like Wings 3D, Blender but I've never worked with 3D Studio Max (for example). And I'm not so good in texturing models (means, UV mapping options for Wings3D).
I could also help in other way - when you'll release the final version of this mod, I'll translate it on polish language.
PS: If I'm gonna be a NPC companion in your mod, you'd better make a glasses and headscarfs :3
My NPC - me - is a speaker. Persuasion skill = 10 and Enginner = 5 :)

Hello I am a new Mod DB user, After downloading and installing this mod I kept on checking from time to time for any new updates, I then found out about this as a guest,so I made an account and started tracking, Here's the info for my guy in case.
My character would be a young Soldier that was previously part of a small mercenary band that served the Nordic Union fighting against the Swazis and the Rhodoks (I have no idea if the Nords would be fighting the Swazis and the Rhodoks in the game's storyline, I assume they are though)He has is the sole survivor of a recent massacre in a patrol in which all of his comrades were killed including his brother.
