Description
General Tao's Assault Trooper replaces both his Red Guard AND Tank Hunter. It is armed with a grenade launcher, which can engage any ground target with good effectiveness. However, its grenades cannot track their targets, nor can it fire on aircraft.

you're right, it was originally a picture of a british soldier in desert fatigues. it's been retextured or so it would seem.
IIRC, the soldier in the original pic is American and firing an M249 SAW. Kid flipped the image, gave him green camo and the nade launcher. In my humble opinion, he did a great job :)
The weapon is real btw, though it is actually crew-served in real life: Sinodefence.com
The camouflage patterns (in desert colors, not in green) and the helmet type are definitely British.
Nice cameo, anyway.
