Description
General Alexander's Negotiator artillery is an excellent turtle-breaker, slow moving and capable of firing powerful shells at its target from afar. Its low RoF and accuracy are made up for by its power and AoE.

funny...I've made a concept of a howitzer one year ago (not posted) and it looks very similar to your model ...especially the barrel/tower-combination...
...really good texture... what kind of ammunition does it use?
...by the way... your first models and textures where just ok... your last two models are really high quality...
(Sorry for the late reply.) The Negotiator uses regular high-explosive ammunition, however due to its higher calibre and lengthened shells when compared to regular artillery, they are much more powerful and have much more AoE than normal shells.
You can think of it basically as a conventional Nuke Cannon.
