gameplay mod that brings slow-paced survival horror kind of aiming vibes to (multiplayer) Doom. You can pick First Person(RE:Gun Survivor; Goldeneye64) or Third Person(Resident Evil 4) aim modes.

This mod is compatible ONLY with Zandronum Doom multiplayer port.
To play it in singleplayer just drag and drop the mod on zandronum.exe Pick easy, normal difficulties to enjoy!
To play online:
1) Lanch Doomseeker server browser which is within Zandronum package.
2) In search tab type zaim.
3) That's it!
There is a server that I host myself and try to keep alive:
[EB] SURVIVAL HORROR (The City of the Damned 2) server with
a big BLOOD-themed horror level with a moody, dark and scary city filled with monsters, puzzles, bosses and places to search.
zAIM addon will make it feel like a classic survival horror game.
With UnexpectedMonsters addon, it's even more tense. You might want to watch your back time to time.
