This mod pitches a whole new side into the war, axing the Korean force in favour of Argentina, who play with advanced technology, including heavy walking mechs, the elite Gendarme force, Compression Wave technology and the feared Belgrano class carrier.
In addition, the Allies, Soviets and Yuri all have new technological advances, from the Stealth Bombers, Gattling Boats and Grenade Half-tracks.
A very ambitious partial conversion, including a whole new set of campaigns, sound effects and a whole host of other additions to totally refresh the Red Alert 2 universe.
Arg has been working on this for a very long time, so the chances of it being quality are certain ;)

Ive coded the mod a bit further. However, my focus is put on 2021: Cataclysm (Listed as mod 2971 here). So this one will take longer than expected.
At any rate, ill drop by some new screenshots soon.

I can direct link pics to show what this was about. I didnt even move on to 3D (yet), im in stasis until an interesting game (like RA3 may be) pops up.
I actually marked this mod for deletion here eons ago, but its...still here.
He'd had enough. It was eating too much of his time; it literally took over his life. I really wish he'd have finished this at least. Others were willing to finish it for him but he refused. A great loss for everyone.
Yeah, Arg left the CnC modding scene, for 3D RTSs, so this is cancelled. It seems he didn't update this with the sad news... :(
