The EW general gets this dude, dosent disable the target with 1 shot, alike an EMP, but enought to put an enemy overlord in the grave safer. Also changed the Effect colour, i mean the same with propaganda speakers, well not for me. On plus slightly upgraded the effect so looks a bit better too. Hope like it.
