Hi

So I saw, that you have in the mod 2 apaches, but I think, one can be changed into a RAH66 comanche helicopteI think, cause it is a stealth helicopter, it won't be seen by SAM radar(correct me, if it would be unrealistic), and the price must be higher up to 3001 or 4001, so that you won`t be too powerfull.

what do you think, is it trash or could I find it in a update of the mw-mod?

RAH-66 has been cancelled, thus it won't be implemented in game.

Also, RAH-66 is "stealthy" but not THAT stealthy. There is simply not much you can do about rotary blades showing up on radar.

Any modern clutter-rejecting pulse doppler radar that can track a Tomahawk sized cruise missile will spot a RAH-66, this includes all SAM vehicles in the MW Mod.

pity, cause I like the Comanche...

Except for the secret blackhawk stealth modification that went right through Pakistani radars...

It didn't go right through Pakistani radars we have had troops in Pakistan for years. That was just said so the Pakistani/American government can save face because a large portion of the Pakistani population thought Osama was done kind of hero.

There is no way possible to make a Blackhawk stealthy enough to avoid military radar let alone civilian air traffic control radar.

it is in uneven terrain. that, when taken into account with bad over all coverage, means that helicopters could have easily approached without detection.

Trust me, we saw aircraft coming back and forth from Pakistan and gave them radar vectors to their destinations (with all its uneven terrain) on a daily basis and we were using ASR-7 (old) Civilian Radar. The Pakistani government knows we are in their country they just don't want their population to know that they are allowing it.

Evidence please.

Speculation is irrelevant.

Its not speculation, it was my job.

However saying a blackhawk went through Pakistani radar undetected....

Evidence please.

I don't know anything about particulars of the aforementioned event, but a Blackhawk becoming 'stealthy' from radar is mathematically impossible.

heaney you should look at the radar coverage in pakistan (especially in the northern area), on low altitudes (you can visit sean o'connor blog for that). it is horrendous. no wonder they missed a group of low altitude targets. more than that stealth measures there are silly, as old, low frequency radars are used in many instances (which gives them crap low alt. and counter jam performance due to old signal techniques).
