Modern Warfare Mod brings World in Conflict from the Cold War into the Modern Age. It also ups the ante on realism and authenticity in every role – Infantry, Armor, Support and Air, while trying our best to keep everything relatively balanced for fun and interesting gameplay.

Hello im a longtime RTS fan, i have modded many of my own mods including Call of Duty 2 private server with a custom mod.

I have heard of WiC before however i have never had time/space/opportunity to try it, now i have, and i also tried the most advanced mod i think i ever seen.

But the Release Candidate and Dev build 13 all have this bug that makes this game - al least for me, totally unenjoyable and thus unplayable as i don't want to keep playing a great game but being impacted a lot of just because of a small bug.

The original WIC: I loved the incredibly large GFX map ceiling so off-map aircraft will not disappear as many other games have such bad practices, where you can see things pop out too fast, ruins the eyecandy.

The MWMod: The Ceiling appears to be super-low at least for all missiles which makes it ... looks really weird. I want to see the missile and it's incredible flight path, i don't suppose that the missile is hidden from view - that theory it should be configurable then.

The next thing is the incredibly low zoom limit for the scrolling , i don't think i can play that low - it simply ruins the whole thing for me - i really don't like such limits.

How can i change this my self so i can play in the meantime - SDF doesn't want to open ?

Start WiC with '-console' switch added to the shortcut.

Press ~ twice during game to load console. Type 'camerafreedom 1' to release GFX ceiling.

Alternatively, create 'wicautoexec.txt', put in 'camerafreedom 1' and place that document into My Documents\World in Conflict\ folder, and it will enable camerafreedom during every match.
