crash on loading screen Thread - WIC: Modern Warfare Mod for World in Conflict

I just install MW and when I create a localnetwork (I think it is) and I press create the loading screen show up and when it goose for 1/3 it just goose back to the main screen. Help plzz.

I seem to be having a similar problem. I load 2/3 of the way and the game then crashes. I have followed the instructions update to 11, delete my save games, install mod and update it but it doesnt want to work.

If you're absolutely certain that you have Update 11, then please start WiC with '-debug' switch added to the Target: field on your wic shortcut.

Then start WiC using the above -debug applied shortcut and start a game. After it crashes again go to My Documents\World in Conflict\Debug and you'll find CRASHLOG file. Upload the crash log here or somewhere and we'll be able to better determine what is causing the crash.

But I'm kind of certain you did not update your game to Update 11. Crash on 2/3rd loading means some ART_TEAM contents are missing, which is definitely an issue caused by game-patch version difference.

i am extremely confused atm. I did as you said with the debug but when i get loaded the game actually worked somehow. thank you for your time helping me with this awesome mod btw.

could I get a link on how to upgrade to 11 please?

Just go into multiplayer on the game.

i seem to be having a similar problem and will create a new topic for it per the forum rules
