Long before the rise of Valyria, Westeros was divided into countless Petty Kingdoms. In the south, the Reach is consumed by fire as weak kings are set upon from all sides, and strong ones vie for their remains. In Dorne, the deserts run red with blood and in the north four kingdoms struggle for supremacy, even as they face invaders from all sides. As chaos descends upon the lands of Westeros it remains to be seen which Kingdoms shall forge dynasties to last a thousand years, and which will fade into history.

Full Factions List

The North:
The Starks - Ruling the NW and center of the North (Winterfell, Cerwin, Deepwood Motte)
The Boltons - Ruling the SE part of the north including maybe Wolf's Den (Just a regular castle)
The Umbers - Ruling Last Heath, and Karhold (not called Karhold at this time)
The Barrow Kings - They would rule the Barrowlands plus Rills and Moat Cailin).

The Riverlands:
The Mudds - Ruling from Oldstones (which would have a cooler name as the books say the name "Oldstones" came later). They could control Seaguard, Fairmarket, and the Twins area (there were no Twins yet).
The Blackwoods - Caught between Mudd and Bracken, ruling Riverrun (just a regular castle right now).
The Brackens - They would have the option of assimilating to the Andals and getting new troops etc.
The Mootons- These would be Andal invaders, ruling the eastern Riverlands from Maidenpool. Truce with Darklyns, trying to conquer the Riverlands.

The Crownlands:
The Darklyns - Andal Invaders ruling most of the Crownlands from Duskendale.
The Crabbs - I'm not sure about them, as their arms don't appear, but otherwise the Darklyns could get too OP. They would be Andal Invaders ruling Crackclaw Point.
The Masseys - They would rule Masseys Hook, plus maybe Blackwater Bay. They are apperantly an "ancient" house, but apart from they they are mostly just there to fill in an empty area.

The Vale:
The Arryns - They rule the Eryie and a bit of the coast, but they have yet to hold sway over the whole Vale
The Royces - They rule the First Men Houses, scattered in the north and south of the Vale. Gulltown would just be a town or large town. They would maybe get help from the Mountain Clans.
The Three Sisters - They would rule the sisters, plus maybe Wolf's Den.

The Iron Islands:
The Greyirons - They rule all of the Islands, but some of their forces may defect to the Hoares (see Westerlands).
The Hoares - Andal Invaders/crusaders temporarily based in Pyke. They have a truce with the Westerlands so they can conquer the Iron Islands (which they are in the process of doing). Maybe a script in which they can choose whether or not to adopt the Old Ways?

The Westerlands:
The Lannisters - Ruling Lannisport/Casterly Rock, and Golden Tooth. They are the richest House, but are sandwitched between two big scary foes.
The Reynes - They hold the northern coast (minus Banefort) and have an alliance with the Tarbecks to Crush the Lannisters.
The Tarbecks - They rule the southern part of the Westerlands, including Silver Hill and Crackhall. They have a pact with the Reynes to crush the Lannisters.

The Reach:
The Gardeners - They rule the upper Mander and are probably the most powerful Kingdom in Westeros. They are also surrounded by enemies.
The Hightowers - They rule the southern Reach, focused around Oldtown
The Redwynes - I'm not sure if there's cannon on this, but it would make sense for them to be independent.
The Manderlys - It would be cool to include them, but I'm not sure where they would be or how it would work. They would probably rule the upper Mander to prevent the Gardners from getting too powerful early on. Plus, there could be a script where, if they are wiped out, the Starks could spawn a stack of their troops near Wolf's Den and have it re-named White Harbor (a bit ambitious, but maybe for 2.0).

The Stormlands:
The Durrandons - They rule most of the northern Stormlands.
The Volmonts- Also known as the Vulture Kings, they would rule the Dornish Marches. Decent power, but very weak position, as they are caught between Gardner, Durrendon, Eastermont, and Yornwood.
The Estermonts - They would rule most of Cape Wrath, Eastermont, and Tarth. One of the best navies in Westeros, but weak on land.

Dorne:
The Martells - They rule the eastern coast, with one of the larger cities.
The Ullers - They rule the Desert from Hellholt
The Yornwoods - They rule the Mountain passes.
