Warsword is a fantasy mod based on Warhammer fantasy battles game by Games Workshop. This is total conversion of the original Mount & Blade , and it will not work on Warband.

Try to hide the hands :p
and if ur able to, then make em smaller and more crumble, like standing half up.. i know it may be hard, but give it a try its gonna look awesome. great work anyway :D
There is a Giants and Dwarves mod, i think the dwarves in there are small, try it and look if you can use it somehow
