Hmmm, bigger hands for the chaos armor would help a lot i believe.
The Chaos fellow should be a little taller, and have broader shoulders. Will the northerners also have scars, tattoos and warp mutations like in Warhammer: Mark of Chaos?
Yeah, a little bit bigger pauldrons would be nice.

The boots appear to be a mix between clown shoes, and steel toe-cap work boots.

I think they should be bigger, the hands should be bigger, a little bit bigger pauldrons and better shoes. Just my oppinion :D (sorry for bad English)
