Warfield:Unnamed War Mod for Half-Life 2 Information! news

Hello all,

At the first time we show now what ideas we have planned for the Warfield:

GameMods:

- classic teamplay
- "hit and run" In this gamemode your main task is destroy the enemy HQ and defend your team HQ.
- classic deathmatch
- "the last stand" In this gamemode one team will defend flags in the map and another tries to capture them,the flags will make together "a line". Each map has 4-5 lines,defending team has 3-4 lines and the attacking team has 1,for the spawnning point.The gamemod has a special powers for the teams (artillery strikes,airstrikes etc.) the defending team can get 3-4 special powers when the game start and the attacking team can get only 1-2.But when the game continues, the attacking team gets more points to get more powers,but the defending team wont get anymore points.The last line is called "the last stand" and it has a town,a castle etc. in the area for the last flag what the defending team must defend.

*UPDATE*
"The last stand" gamemode is going to have 2-4 teams in the map. Its fully optional to change it like 1 team vs 1 team,2 teams vs 1 team etc.

Some info about some game classes.

A heavy support class: can build a barricade of sandbags and put hes machine gun to it to get better accuracy.
A engineer: gets a welding equipment with it he can weld example: a metaldoor open etc.
