Looks neat!
Like that it has a gold writing. Perhaps there should be a different background? Like the spikes and stuff gives more of a orc feel :p
"A new dawn" thing somehow doesn't fit. Maybe you should bold it to make it bigger.
But that's just my opinion. :D
Everything else is just great.
