Brief Description: "War of the Worlds: The Great Adventures" is a Half-Life 2: Garry's Mod Gamemode that is based on the book, "War of the Worlds" by H.G. Wells. In this gamemode, you can choose to be on the Alien or Human team. This is multiplayer only, and plans for single player is not thrown away. Hope that isn't a first person view, because that mesh is full of errors.
It is just the lighting effect there isn't any error on the mesh, as far as i could find.
You should remodel it completely, there are a lot of mistakes compared to a M16A2 (the receiver, the M203,...well everything is wrong). I'm sure you've only use on picture to make it.
