Elysium, the underground city. It's kinda like New Britain. They have underground canals and sub pins that lead to the ocean.
And are you agreeing with me or telling me what the name of the bird is? xD I decided not to put phoenix, because "fiery bird of old" sounded more poetic in a quote.
