Campaign-only unit.
That's Japanese, but only China, USA, and Russia are playable. Is there a campaign-only faction?
Could be for the USA fighting China in Japan. That is, it's still Japanese but Japan isn't a faction. Alternatively, it could be Chinese but that wouldn't make much sense.
This unit belongs to the Empire in RA3.
An Imperial force thrown into ZH universe. Just an easter egg....
And yes there will be a campaign set in Japan but what Japanese will get are not Imperial units from RA3.
