Is than an An-76? Maybe use that as the paradrop plane and use something else for bombing, like the tu-160.

Oh yeah, Il-76, not An, slipped up.
as for the others, the tu-160 is considered to be the replacement of the tu-16 and tu-22. Not sure when the mod takes place, but it's estimated the tu-22 won't be in service for a whole lot longer.
As for tu-95, don't know. I think the Bear's only for strategic nuclear bombing, and even so, it's really old and would imagine a replacement some time soon.
