The Unofficial Patch is a combination of the default Basic Patch which mostly fixes bugs only, and the optional Plus Patch, which is kind of a mod adding various tweaks and implementing a lot of unused content, including new quests, levels, weapons, items, characters, dialogue, graphics, models, sounds and original music! Included are also the optional Patch Extras which feature Player Mods, like shaders suites, as well as Developer Tools, like the Unofficial SDK to mod the game.
I enjoyed to play the game without the major bugs...
The added content beyond the actual game wasn't much impressive or immersive... Rather forgettable, but, the music in it was really good, the design of the new areas was beautiful, and in general...
There was a potential of making something more grand an epic, but, it was ok for what it was :)
What I do however enjoy the most about the mod, was how smooth the game went... It fixed what was wrong, highlighted what was right, and I'm glad to have played the game with this mod :)
You made the game as good as it was suppose to be, and I appreciate it!
I cried finishing the game, it was SO DARM GOOD!
Much better than what I'd recalled from my first experience from the original title!
