Vietnam Glory Obscured is a total conversion for Command and Conquer Generals: Zero Hour that simulates jungle warfare during the Vietnam War with unique gameplay elements such as village occupation and reputation, jungle combat and modular construction.
Description
This is the .map and .tga file for Elandslaagte. Originally intended for my Boer War mod, as the map is rightfully mine and it seems hopes of the Boer War mod are failing, I decided to edit the map and make it playable in the Vietnam | Glory Obscured mod. You will notice that the map is however doesn't have much of a Vietnam setting and is more rather European. This is because it was originally intended for the Boer War mod which is set in South Africa which has a lot of European influence. Never the less the map is still very fun to play against a player. The AI however struggles on this map as it is set out more like a front line rather than a linear style village layout. Try it out if you like. Do get it working, first unzip the file, then simply just move the unzipped folder in the Generals Zero Hour folder and place it there. Then when you go to play in V|GO, it should be listed under unofficial maps.

Shame you gave up that Boer war mod idea. I would have done all I could to save it, even if all I can do is create skins :(
I put it in like it says and I don't see it when I start up the unofficalmaps search. The file was still zipped.
