You can fabricate these casus bellis or receive them through incidents in your lunar/martian colonies. The war is waged on Earth, but when you win the defeated power is forced to cede its space colony to you.
Will it be possible to zoom out of earth and into moon f.e. and look at the colonies like on earth?
