Hey, loving the mod so far!

Started a game as Netherlands in the first start point (1604 i think)

Took back the Belgian states but i have also expanded east into the German Provinces, just wondering if there was any events that will trigger removing the German Empire Cores and adding Netherlands cores. Most of the provinces i have taken are now sitting at about 75% German pops and the rest a mixture between Dutch/Flemish/Wallonian.

I understand that in the timeline of the original Victoria 2 (100 years) it's hard to convince a population that they are a different culture in that time span but over this game I can keep the provinces for hundreds of years, sorry if this is already in the game and I've missed it but if it's not perhaps it's something that could be added in the future. Maybe it could be population based and if your accepted pops have more percentage than the foreign pops a core could be added and removed or something. For example the province of Kreuznach in the Dutch Rhineland on my game has a 46% Flemish population, not long and they'll be more influential than the German pops in that province.

Cheers

I beleieve that you already get cores on provinces with a majaority of your primary culture by default events. It will not remove other cores though.
